From seed to a big eye catcher in 6 months time! This is one of the most spectacular plants for the garden! Really easy to grow! The Miracle Tree got beautiful exotic big leaves, seed pods and stems. It's very poisonous so handle with care! In zone 7 or 8 it's a annual. In warmer climates it can be grown as perennial.

I have a two-year-old in a pot which I overwintered indoors and it is still only 15 inches tall. I put more seeds in early this year which are now 6 inches! No idea how you manage to get them so big!

I have two growing in a garden only a few feet apart. One is taking off incredibly, the other much much slower. The slower one has a cluster of seed pods at the top. Should I remove these to get it growing bigger/taller? If so how do I cut/prune this to encourage height?
