Are we forgetting Crosshair is genetically enhanced? Rex is a standard clone. Crosshair was highly skilled in aim, aswell as his surroundings. Explains why he works so well with Tech when he was giving him coordinates.

I think the armor comparison for me is a tie both have excellent armor and captain rex deserves a point for that because of his resourcefulness and creativity not to mention that he combined both phase 1 and phase 2 armor into 1 set and of course crosshair's armor being very badass
