I imagine what they actually do is create a list of people in her phone, as there must be a lot of people on her phone who would be uninteresting to message, or entirely inappropriate, hence the pre-maid 'xx Send To All xx'. The reactions from Holly wouldn't be so raw if it was entirely fake. Obvs not entirely real, but to say it's completely fake is unfair, and of course most would know what she's up to.
