Good to see you back again. Missed your happy videos. We lived and worked in London 1985-90 and it was interesting to see how much more crazy development has gone on since then, including the Emirates cable car. My partner was like Lauren ... loved flying and skiing but not too keen being suspended up in the air. If you really want to test yourself, Lauren, go to France and try some of the giant telecabines and cable cars at their high-up ski resorts (3000m-plus). Looking down from one of them as they pass (and sway!) over massive mountains and incredibly deep valleys will quickly tell you how well your heart is working. My partner spent much of the time sitting on the cable car floor with her eyes closed and clutching a metal pole. You can do it, Lauren! (Just take some Valium or several gin & tonics in a thermos with you.)

It's about 25 years since I last went to London. Thank you for showing me the sights that I'll probably never get to see. Loved the cable cars and what a good price at 4 pounds. went on the cable cars last year and went in the emirates airline exibition centre to fly the a380 on their simulators and was AMAZING! in feb this year i will go on the london eye

What an incredible experience! I never knew about emirates cable car! This has to be on my London bucket list🤩 I’ve always been a fan of cable car rides! A few weeks ago it took me a while to realise the hip workouts you mention are actually workouts for your hips. I fell into the trap of thinking it was hip as in cool 😕 🤷‍♂️ I think I over thought that one Another example of us old fogies thinking we are young and trendy like you two and failing miserably 🤦‍♂️ I'm constantly looking up emoji meanings just in case I accidentally offend anybody. Mind you I went years thinking LOL meant lots of love 🙊🙈🙉 Haha but you didn't fool me the other day when you mentioned you'd been doing some sick workouts 🤮 👍😂 Graham
