Thanks so much for this video, I never understood how to record height correctly with these sticks so helpful from the Uk were we measure in cm

These measurements are converted into feet and there’s 12 inches in a foot so I just think of my 12 times tables. If the measurement stops at 64, I know 12 x 5= 60 and there are four more inches left in the measurement. The height will be 5’ 4.

I never understood these scales but I'm guessing you read it AT that point in the middle of the bar where it comes out? If so, that's important information.

that height meter has a margin of error is also not accurate. Better measure each other with a tape measure.

If a child is shorter where do you read from on the scale?

For what i know the rigth height is 5ft 8 and 1/4 in.

@Xavier Ortega: then explain this I messured my bed with a messuring tape from each end of the metress where I sleep and it is 6ft, so when I sleep I'm only one each or half an each away from the end of the metress when my head reach the other end of the metress, meaning I'm 180, or 181cm, either 5ft 11 inches, or 5ft 11.5 inches, but when I messure in the hospital it is 160cm no shoes 5ft 3 inches???
