Mahi Mahi !!!
I was riding my bike on the Gulf of Thailand and the local fishermen offered me a Mahi Mahi. I did not know who to cook it or really anything about it.
We spend about 2 months per year in Thailand. So NOW, every time I ride by, I look to see if they have any. However, I cannot complain because the delicious Asian Seabass (barramundi) is plentiful.
The scene of the kids painting make me so "homesick" for our 6 Grandchildren in Thailand. Thank you so much for sharing. :)
