It's still asking for username and password even tho the user doesn't even have a password

yeah this doesnt work either! I have to say i hate microsoft! Why on earth does it keep prompting for a password when its turned off! and why doesnt the freaking passward work? This used to work perfectly a couple years ago, but now with the new app its just crap. We need to access our computer remotely.
