Discover the best IC for your IOT projects! Learn about the advantages of using the HT7333 over the AMS1117 and why it's the perfect low dropout voltage regulator for your electronics projects.

Share it with your Electronics & IOT enthusiasts groups ⚡️⚡️

If you think the output current of this ic is less then you can also search for higher current LDO and one of the example is XC6203P332PR which has an output current of 400mA

Here you have discussed voltage but not current. If an AMS1117 lags in dropout voltage, then the HX7333 may lag in output current, which is 250mA. Additionally, the HT7333 is unable to power up the ESP32.

My company makes LDO, I test LDOs for my career lol

Thanks great info, I have used AMS1117 to power nrf24l01 module and it is not working, i think i should use ht733.

So, we can't use battery for our ESP board because of AM1117 chip.... But i can't change this IC from board., so is there any solution to use battery in ESP boards...

May work well when the battery is nice and charged, but the voltage of a lipo battery can go as low as 3.2V, so it will not use the full capacity of the battery

Nice.. Yet know that ht7333 can provide 250mA max.

use lifepo4 batteries,
directely, it does not have the top voltage as lipo or lion
just 3.7 which is fine by esp,

Can you swap the suggested one with the old one directly?

Better to go for lowcost DC-DC switching regulator

I was looking for this, and never found it

its hard to understand Indiglish as it is, but adding the extra speed makes it thousand times harder, i was able to understand only the text on the video...

Ams1117 is not a 3.3v ldo. It is a variable ldo.

No it's I tested It's working
I used 3.7 volt lit-ph battery 2700mah
It's really work superb

You can put buckboost and don't give a shit about power. But why? Anyway you will power board with usb, which will provide at least 4.5V

Just use a buck whenever you need more current or large voltage range

I stopped using this. I use different ic
