How to Apply an EDIBLE IMAGE CAKE WRAP: Quick & Easy Icing Sheet Tutorial for Patterns on Cakes

This is an incredibly easy method for incorporating intricate patterns and images into your cake design!
Determine the height and circumference of your cake. These measurements will be the height and length, respectively, that you'll need to cut your cake wrap to. Note - if your cake's circumference is longer than 11 inches, you will need a second icing sheet. Peel off the backing from the cake wrap, and line it up against your cake, pressing lightly at first, then with just a medium pressure. I pressed and rolled my fondant smoother lightly against the surface as well. You don't need any edible glue, water, extra buttercream, etc, as the condensation from the cold, crusted buttercream will allow the wrap to adhere all on its own.
