Jeff I really appreciate this review and definitely wanted to see this before the pro version. I'm very curious as I really wanted last Year Mate 9 so if you are holding on for a bit I would love to know more.Thanks so much as I really like this one and the Color is Nice.My only issue and I have said it before they would do so well if they sold both versions here.Don't know if their is a issue with that if not like I said this one would really do well.Thanks so much as always Deb.✌️👍

After watching ur vid i've just purchased the mate 10 [NOT THE CHINESE VERSION, TOO EXPENSIVE] think i'll love the front finger sensor without lifting the phone.

I bought the Chinese variant for £699 from Wonda Mobile, they were fantastic in every way and I’d use them again. It’s bezel-less in the right way, they have done an amazing job of fitting a 5.9 screen into a body smaller than an iPhone Plus. The fingerprint sensor on my 3t was fast but this is faster, and works 100% of the time. I’ve used it in tandem with my Oneplus for just over a week and it’s a draw as far as speed is concerned. That is high praise for the Kirin 970 because Oneplus phones are faster than the Pixels. I think my only complaint would be I really would have preferred an amoled screen, but it is super sharp and very vivid. Unfortunately LCD no matter how good isn’t quite as good as amoled in terms of viewing angles, that’s the biggest complaint I can think of.

Hi, how do you find the display on the Mate 10? Especially the colour gamut! I'm coming from a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I'm thinking about how this display compares! Thanks

My only issue with Huawei is their lock screen, it may just be the worst of any OEM. I wish they would just use the stock Google lock screen.
