Maybe you can also integrate the solution system in dynamics crm to entity framework to create db tables fields and relationships. Because it is a very easy to create a solution package in dynamics crm..

I've worked with EF 6+ and LLBLgen, and all I can say I kept working with EF, llbl with its entities/viewmodel hustle, and prefetch paths and filters are someting you need to work with for hours until you are ok with that, also problems with sleeping transaction and horrible 50+ parameters generated queries and so on, I hope new llblgen will be more dev friendly

Update DB from IDE should be disabled by default - Better create SQL-Scripts and run them on the DB-Server (killed a production DB by Pressing F5)
