When you build an ORM, and somehow decide that you want to support Cosmos despite the fact that it's not relational and requires no mapping, maybe it's time to WAKE UP and realize that you're working on the wrong product? Go contribute to the Azure Cosmos SDK instead of trying to squeeze a round peg into a square hole.

I cringe when I hear people say "on-premise". There's no such phrase! It's "on-premises" (on prem-ess-iss). A premise is an assumption from which a logical conclusion can be drawn.
