I don’t agree with your fascial plane labelling. You drew the fascia lata and fascia iliaca as opposed on top of one another with the sartorius superficial to the fascia lata. How can you get a double pop from this? The fascia lata includes the sartorius

hmm doesn't look like the ilacus muscle is peeling away...i think it's intramuscular?

I think you've mislabeled the fascia lata. it is anterior to the sartorius.
