I use to dance all the time, I felt so free!! when i did, it's feels so good to express yourself in motion and keep healthy and fit all the while, I think that I'm gonna start back, as soon as i get home from work today. Thank you! for the inspiration. 😃✌❤

As someone who was once in a really dark place. I can say that dancing was one of those things that I can't put in words what it did for me. I never would of guessed the power behind dancing, but it's truly a form of self expression. Like the wind blowing flowing through the trees to spread its seed, music flows through me.
