How can I improve English?
Here's a little something in #english that kept me confused more than half my english learning journey.

Pain is a feeling that we don't decribe while mentioning our suffering. In other words, you can say it's a state whereas sth+ache is a noun.

Most of the times we are describing the noun. This holds true for most kinds of pains. Heart, head, tooth, back... they're all accompanied by ache or aching instead of #pain

The present continuous form of pain is almost never used.

Moreover, pain is supposed to be more intense compared to aches.

Most inconvenience regarding #health has specific names such as "a fever", "a cold", "the flu", coughing, sneezing and typical stuff.
