--Overall Comments--

Just six episodes in, and we’re already getting the chance to revisit Seaquestria and Mount Aris in the main show! What a pleasant surprise. As an aside, big props to the show’s artistic staff for adapting the locations to the Flash-animated series.

With these grand locations comes some pretty wonderful score from William Anderson throughout. After a few episodes of more subdued score, this episode is jam-packed with score right in the forefront. He doesn’t waste any time implementing some fantastic leitmotifs for Mount Aris, Seaquestria, and our new character Terramar. Each one sounds beautiful, and encapsulates the settings wonderfully.

In addition, we cannot overlook that this is also a Map episode, and of course features the map’s “Mission Complete” motif at the episode’s conclusion.

But wait, there’s still more! This episode is just jam-packed from end-to-end with music, and also includes our third song of the season from Daniel Ingram, “Your Heart Is in Two Places.” This is a lovely duet, or more like duel, song between Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, both of which I’m excited to hear more solos from.

Way too much to talk about this week, so let’s dive right in! …Literally this time, I guess.
Let’s dive in!

Apple Bloom gives us a short recap of the MLP Movie, with some wonderful embellishments.

For the story, we hear the Most Aris leitmotif first heard in the cold open again.
