From laptops to kettles, the things companies provide to help employees in their jobs are many and varied. It’s easy to lose track of who has what. But it’s easier still to get in control - using the Asset Management function which is part of the core HR.

The company assets in an employee’s possession are listed on their profile.

The company can add an asset and the employee will receive notification.

If it’s not in the inventory, you can create a new one.

You can name it, define the category, add asset and serial numbers and make a comment.

The company can ask the employee to return an asset

and notify them that they’ll receive a replacement. [NB. This on the demo]
