Introduction to Python 9: Read and Write to External Files

Using Python 3 to read and write to external .txt files.

To be honest, there's some people who are completely new to some of these commands. I mean me personally I have a bit of python experience but don't know most of these commands since I have never seen these before. I'd like if you took each command and tell what they are going to do just for a bit better understanding cuz you just wrote what to do, but not what it does, how it does it, and maybe the why. It would be very helpful thank you.
