I am a senior, I don’t get $250, I don’t drink alcohol so that two month morsel is useless to me and to all non-drinkers, I don’t buy toys in January and February.. I buy a few for my grandkids BEFORE Christmas, not after. I can’t afford going out to eat, barely get a basic meal on my table daily.
