we had a family tradition for the Loeffelbein family. we would do cider pressing every fall after the harvest since my grandfather had the orchard in cashmere. we would meet at my uncles house in Lake View and use an antique press. it has been donated to the museum now. best memories ever.

Oh Barbara, I am dating myself but Mia Farrow did the voice for "The last unicorn". She was at the top of her fame back then. A very very sad " movie" that my young kids cried at for days. They are now in their late 40's and remember it. 😢

I hate to burst your bubble but Harvest Crisps are not low carb. They are manufactured about 15 miles from my house. They are extruded and are made from peas which are a starchy vegetable. I have seen their operation.
