My husband moved to heaven eight years ago. God then burdened my heart to begin praying for men to rise up and become who they were created to be, in the image of God, standing against the darkness. I pray for purpose, identity, and direction in the lives of men to be established through a relationship with Jesus, globally, on a regular basis. This song touches my soul every time I listen. God bless you and guide you all.

My husband left this world 2 1/2 years ago and I was so surprised to run across this recording. He had a men's gospel quartet back in the 80s, called "One in Spirit", since they were all from different churches. They performed and recorded this song and did the same thing with parts being added. I was so blessed to experience this beautiful rendition and remember, also sharing it with our 7 kids!

The way this song began with one man's voice and then spread to the other men and finally then all joining in harmony reminds me of how the gospel of our Lord Jesus is spread from one too many until we all are joined as one in His name. Beautiful
