Nice video. But 20 years for the A4 to be completed seems like a long time for what is essentially an 'autobunn' in the most flat part of Luxemburg. According to a wikiepdia article on the B4-A4 the highway section is only 16, 2 kilometres long. Meaning the reconstruction from normal express road to motorway took less than a kilometre per year. Very slow .... :)
