Sea Mills Wildlife

Sea Mills Community initiative (SMCI) Bristol is in the process of razing a significant area of bramble and wild vegetation from an un-spoilt wildlife site for "allotments and community garden". An article from the project here says it was a disused area however it was used by many creatures until the project took over. The new and increasing presence of people, and the destruction of the vegetation at the secluded site has displaced and disrupted the wildlife. Part of its value was because it wasn't accessed by people.
