Some of the players you've mentioned can't be acquired for <100K - no way you can get Kaio Jorge for <500K, usually ends up >1M. Some good finds though.

I signed Kaio Jorge in FM19 for Everton, and he became my favourite signing in FM history, absolutely dominated the Premier League. Had to make him my first signing in FM20, though I did have to overpay to get him the work permit..

Just one thing to mention, when players have low determination that can be rectified by giving them a good mentor. Pair them up with someone with good determination and a good personality and it’ll shoot up.

I will have you know that Rangers (Scotland) also have great prospects at the club. Ross McCrorie - great leadership, determenation, bravery stamina strength and pace, Robby McCrorie. Kai Kennedy, Glen Middleton and a few more. Check them out
