at 35:25 do you mean the allele is located on the Y chromosome, since females can't have a Y chromosome? Otherwise I wouldn't understand as females would be just as likely to inherit the condition, if not more?

for question 1cii about how allele B inhibits A- if it was recessive epistasis and allele b was inhibiting A would it be the same explanation about how b codes for transcription factor etc etc ?
