I bet you not a single MP will struggle with the energy price increases which is why we are not seeing our MP's band together and speak out about the huge energy price increases. Somebody is making a huge amount of profit over this and it needs to be stopped.

We’re a family of 5 and haven’t had our heating on all winter. We wrap up warm and have woollen blankets and hot water bottles for bed. It’s not much fun being cold but we can’t afford the gas costs as we have LPG. These electricity hikes are crippling.

Thanks my good man. Im with Utilita and their gas prices have already gone up making topping up my metre near impossible. Come April they will no doubt keep rising. Why do people with metres pay more anyway? we pay upfront but are penalised for NOT be in debt. Disgusting but they are allowed to get away with it as always.

Thanks Martin for what you do.We have already had to turn all heating off, hot water only on, removed 50% of all our led bulbs & bought candles just to try keep bills affordable. Mortgage rate up, council tax up, diesel up, road tax up, inflation up, we have no savings or pensions but our property. This so called government net zero great future for all, is making me & my family feel things are getting worse & we are going backwards as a country.Whats happening to this country, we apparently have hundreds of years worth of oil, gas & coal plus all the new wind/solar coming on

Martin we have never met but every time I see you on live TV/ video you give sound advise and come across very genuine. In Norway this exploded to insanity in the last 6 months. 55% can't pay it, whatsoever.

We use heating oil in our home and have recently had to take out a loan to buy 500 litres as the price had increased to over £400 for 500 litres compared to last September when the cost for the same 500 litres was £180! Currently sat here with a coat on trying to justify the cost and knowing we also need food & petrol to get to work as well as pay rent, council tax etc!
my wages aren’t enough and I can’t claim financial help (benefits ) because I work! 😢😢😢

Gas and electric was £104 a month with Scottish Power. They have just put it up to £233 a month. Thats an increase of approximately 124%! How is that even possible?

Martin, Especially for you. How are the likes of suppliers like OVO who generate their electricity from renewables allowed to jack up their prices to extortionately painful levels? I truly do not understand. Is it because the government lets them? I can understand natural gas but not power from wind turbines and renewables. It seems like a huge racket to me and as usual we the poor people get hammered.
