Jalapeño Poppers ingredients:
12 jalapeños
4oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
(Or the cheese of your choice)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2-3 strips of bacon fried and crumbled
1/4 cup Italian bread crumps
1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Parsley for garnish (optional)

This is how we do it:
Wearing gloves slice peppers lengthwise
Remove seeds and burns
In a medium bowl mix all cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, bacon
Fill each pepper half with about 1 tablespoon of filling
In another bowl mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of peppers
Bake in a 374 degree Fahrenheit oven just until cheese starts to melt and turn light brown
ENJOY!!

I use a grapefruit spoon to scrape out the inside of the jalapeno..
Your idea to add add some of the seed and membrane to the mix is a good one. I can see how that would control the amount heat I want.

These look great & looking forward to the coconut shrimp.

Bet that filling would be good on toast or as part of a sandwich, I'd probably jusy chop the jalapeños into it & use it as a spread.

Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a little help from the store from time to time.

I love poppers too. Unfortunately my family does too. So we have a family gathering to make foods that require a lot of work. Like egg rolls or pierogi. It's fun and we spend time together.i like mine whole and fully breaded yours look yummy too. And easier than mine. Love your channel. My daughter does too. Plant a lot of tomatoes for your salsa. Makes a difference to have fresh tomatoes or tomatillas if you're doing green sauce.
