The Fall Kickoff Party, attended by 52 real estate advisors and guests, was a resounding success. The agenda included the following highlights:

2. **Local Market Conditions:** We received an overview of the real estate market conditions in South Florida and discussed effective strategies for success in our dynamic market.

3. **Insurance Market Update by Berne Barton:** We were privileged to have a special guest, Berne Barton, deliver a comprehensive presentation on the state of the insurance market in Florida, equipping us with valuable insights to better assist our clients in navigating this ever-evolving landscape.

We had the privilege of learning about Engel & Völkers Yachting and their referral program, with a presentation by Walter Johnson, the President of Engel & Völkers Yachting.

Furthermore, we had the pleasure of being introduced to Stacey Maczulis and Luann Vizzone of Venture Title Service, expanding our network of industry connections.
