My interpretation is Ryoko is basically wanting to kiss herself since wearing Junketsu in such a way has warped her mind into a narcissist personality, similar in vain to her mother’s thinking that they are all superior as they are Life Fiber beings. Considering Junkuestu is considered as the Kiriyun girls’ wedding dress for essentially marrying themselves, as Ryoko is alone with Raygo and Nui in the dream sequence, kissing Nui is basically the closest thing to Ryoko kissing Junketsu, or rather herself, in a twisted sort of way since they’re both beings made of Life Fibers made by Raygo.

This scene surprised me tbh. I thought it was really weird for Ryuko to just kiss Nui like that. Nui killed her father and has the other part of her scissor blade. Ryuko has litterally every reason to clobber Nui. Yeah I know she was brainwashed by Junketsu but it still didn't feel right.
