"Jack, I don't know what we're talking about."

That cracks me up every time. Greg's face of despair and fear 😂

Robert De Niro went above and beyond with acting Jack Byrnes.
He steals the spotlight in every scene he is in.

So alert to what he wants to control, but blind to his own son's debauchery, ironic.

The look on Stiller's face when Jack closes the door 😄

1:53 "If I find that you are trying to corrupt my firstborn child, I will bring you down baby. I will bring you down to Chinatown." Lol!

1:17-1:25: "See if I can't trust you Greg then I have no choice but to put you right back outside the circle and once you're out, you're out, there's no coming back."  That's doesn't make sense what Jack said because it seems like Greg was kicked out of the circle of trust either here, or when he accidentally gave Debbie a black eye, or when the septic tank overflowed (which Greg didn't do), or when Jinxie the cat ran away because in the restaurant scene after everyone thought Greg found Jinxie, Jack told Greg that he's back in the circle of trust.  Plus at the end of the movie when Jack kicked Greg out of the house, it seems like he kicked Greg out of the circle of trust again and then put him back in the circle after they worked out their problems.

The changing room exchange was the most interesting part here (psychologically, I mean).

The top hat gave the impression to the viewer, that Jack was focused on his *own* appearance, rather than on Greg's drug taking.

Just before he says "Did I not clearly explain the circle of trust", he pulls this expression which indicates his "attitude" that he's having toward Greg.

That expression ALONE, should be a big warning flag.

The way in which Greg was sat down well below Jack's level - while being dressed in a top hat, surrounded by vertical stripes to make him appear that much smaller, served as an (inadvertent) means of intimidation to Greg.

It was probably the best choreographed scene in the entire film - extremely relatable.

Every time Jack does the 'I'm watching you' sign, I respond with 'Aw, go (sign for poop accompanied by a flatulent noise) yourself!' (As seen on 'Meet the Fockers')

You would think a former CIA would see that Greg lost his luggage and wouldn't have a jacket.

Why didn't Jack say this to Greg? "My son found a device for smoking marijuana in your jacket."

There should be a law against top hats being worn at weddings, there are not cool, smart or sophisticated just embarrassing and pretentious.

Why would Jack instantly believe the weed wasn't Denny's? Isn't he supposed to be a human lie detector?
