Master Your Instrument

Each of us is an instrument, whole and complete and one of a kind. The true invitation is to master this instrument: to bring together all aspects of ourselves and create a life in balance.

If we haven’t done this work, we risk passing on unhealed traumas to the little ones coming after us. But when we find our own song and embody it fully, we can support the next generations in discovering theirs, transmitting the beauty of a life lived with intention and heart. ❤️
