Arduino real time plot Matlab

Real time Matlab plot from an Arduino analog pin

Hello,
I am trying to collect the values displayed on the Arduino serial monitor and plot them in real time on Matlab. Would I use the same code you used here since the Arduino's serial communication occurs on pin zero?

to restart the acquisition just press ctrl+C and launch the script again. If you want to display the signal into a GUI you can use ROS, try to search for "Arduino oscilloscope uses ROS code"
