What is your Optimal Launch Angle?

Launch angle can be considered one of the critical components of your golf shots. Your launch angle is measured from the loft of the club and the attack angle into the ball.

Your attack angle into the ball narrates and manipulates your club's loft and, therefore, your launch angle. If you hit your driver on your downswing, the loft is much less, and so is your launch angle than if you hit it on the upswing.

Launch angles become less critical the faster your swing speed, but the lower your swing speed, the more loft you're going to need to get the ball airborne. The ideal launch angle, the one that will maximize your overall distance, produces a parabolic ball flight.

I have my M1 driver set at 8.5 degrees with a stiff shaft and my swing speed is about 85 mph. I am more consistent with 8.5 degrees as opposed to my previous settings at 10.5 degrees, what do you think of this?

Ok? LAngle per club loft. Im talkin the assumption originated for javelin/ball to carry max distance. 45dg is common accepted as I understand. But! my opinion this came from 45 being half of 90 and ASSUMED as best? Take a olympic javelin athlete. What is the optimal angle?
