Mount Hermon (not Hebron) is all under IDF control now, and they're expanding in southern Syria. This is a huge slap to Syrians' pride, as the myth of the liberation of Hermon and Qunaitra in 1973 is cherished in Syria. Seems like the Russian airbase is proving to be more precarious than Tartus naval, since our talk. If Putin loses that, then as you said, he’ll seriously lose out in Ukraine too.
