In Austria, women can retire a couple of years earlier than men. There already is a case of a man who officially changed sex on papers and instantly applied for retirement. Now our court system has to deal with this bs.

A passport is a formal international identification so it makes sense because biological sex is unchangeable which is perfect for an ID. Otherwise, why not allow a "?" on the name? A passport has to reflect reality
