Hey fun fact. The Oswald gun they "found" wasn't the gun he owned. The gun in the catalog he ordered didn't have the strap mounts in the same place as the one found. You can say they delivered him one that was slightly different but the rifle he holds in the famous photos matches the one in the catalog and NOT the one they show the police finding. There are multiple photos and the show very clearly that the two rifles don't match. Test firing the gun they found doesn't really prove if the shooting can be done anyhow. They also found a 303 British Enfield on the roof, filmed the cops bringing it down the fire escape then tried to deny it later.

LHO's only part in the conspiracy was to be paraded around for the public to see, so they'd have a face to hate and for him to later be 'removed' to avoid a trial but of course he knew about that too thus crisis acted getting shot, just like they all did around him very bad acting by all involved. So why didn't he yell out something like 'they're killing me, it's a plot' if really getting shot at and being privy to the plot, well, we know he's involved to an extent not a shooter but by his poor death scene acting there at Ruby's blanks, so obviously he didn't say anything.
