Prospective buyers be warned.The sales dept will fall over themselves to sell you a car.But for gods sake don't expect any kind of customer service from Dacia and Renault once you have bought one.I have waited nearly 3 months for a replacement Sandero headlight, without a word of explanation from them.And my local main dealer refused even to give me a price on a spacesaver spare much for Dacia After Care Service.

From the video it looks like that the color changes a bit depending on the sun light. Is that right? Also, in your opinion does it worth the extra cost to buy this special edition? I have seen the expression edition in black but unfortunately there is no place that i could see the extreme yet.. I am trying to decide which one to buy.
p.s. If i'll go for the epression i'll put some extras.. Camera and automatic a/c for sure.

Trying currently to return my one month old Sandero Stepway Extreme.Parking brake is a nightmare as it lets you roll briefly before either reversing or on a hill.Unreliable and scary if you are parked near a wall or other cars.The car has no power, foot to the floor to achieve 70 max.I hate this car and it is the only new car out of the 9 various cars I have driven that I have major issues with.Quality of rear camera is poor and grainy and when you are engaging hill assist you hear all the plastic rattling in the car.
Plus points are it looks good enough and the heating system is great in cold weather although the car drives very badly when cold.I regret my purchase of this car but the most hated aspect is the electric parking brake. I also find the boot to be small and the surrounding parts are metal which makes it easy to pick up scratches.I cannot recommend this car, it has dissapointed me no end.
