Thank you Damon for an excellent documentary that I saw in the cinema in Melb last night.
One of the best documentaries on climate change and living smarter / wiser and sharing power food / to name a few issues raised . May your documentary be seen globally and acted on and I thank you and your family for this excellent film.

I have four copies of That Sugar Book! I got each of them at Op Shops and I think it is one of the best books I have ever read. Why four copies? well I loan them out to friends with strict instructions to give it back so that the message about so called healthy foods can get out there. I also bought That Sugar Film on line and I often come online and watch various snippets or find interviews such as this. Got to get hold of 2040. Although I was only ever slim, I was Dx with inflitrated fatty liver and began following the advice of Dr Pradip Jamnadas and Dr Sandra Cabot. Damon's book and diet pictures are really quick to grasp, even for my friends who don't want to read the book. How lucky to have access to experts like this at very little cost. The message from them all is the same...eat whole food. I thought I was doing the right thing with low fat vegan products, lots of fruit and plenty of carbohydrate. After six months I completely reversed the fatty liver, lost quite a bit of visceral fat and have a CT Calcium score of zero. Brilliant work Damon, just brilliant.
