NISSAN ROGUE 2008 SL AWD ACCELERATION PROBLEM

Every time I push my foot down on the gas pedal hard I won't accelerate past 20 and the revs just hold ..

Hope this is not too late, mine had the same problem and it just died on the highway. It was the transmission seal.. it's defective, came off, leaked out all of the transmission fluid. Nissan fixed it for $0 since it was within the warranty period of 10 years a ND below 120k miles. Beware that they will probably mess up you're sub frame and bushing while fixing this issue. Some months later you'll notice lots of clanking noises and wheel alignment issues. Just replace the bushings and not the entire subframe.

Cvt transmission problems. Replaced mine and added a cooler and havent had the issue since.

My 2016 frontier will not accelerate at times. There are tons of posts on the internet of people having acceleration issues with Nissans. Nissan probably will not fix this until someone not only gets hit in traffic because of this, but can somehow prove this is what happened. NIssan does not seem to care about customers.

Maybe a throttle body problem, catalytic converter, injectors or the mass air flow sensor or the sensor connected to the throttle body

Hi my name is Noel, i have not long ago bought a NEW nissan Quashqai 2017 ST .my economy gauge, klm per litre per hundred klm or how many klm per litre , on the way back from Queenbeyan to wollongong my gauge read 104/100 . How can that be possibly right . Cruising on a freeway. Then i approached a small incline, I put the foot down @120 klm per hour and i had NO more tourche left . Why? DOING MT OUSLEY on the way there , to get 80 klm per hour l should have dropped it back to second or do 40klm p/h in third NO BALLS . Unless you have to drive them like a racing car HAS ANYBODY GOT SOME REAL HONEST ANSWERS, That can be explained in a understanding way PLEASE

Not transmission at all it’s your manifold or exhust letting in to much air you jus gotta press gas peddal lightly

Probably the CVT transmission. Worst transmissions ever produced.
