It's quite sad that no one even bothered to defend her and while she tried to stand up for herself from being made fun of she is scolded. I know all their people dislike Iracebeth because as she grew up after the incident of hitting her head—it also grew in size whenever she loses her temper. They knew she has a tendency to lose her temper whenever she's made fun of her large head and yet they still did it even in her coronation day.

And what’s crazy to me is that it wasn’t even really her head that broke the crown, but rather her large hair in the way.

For being a family of hat makers, wouldn’t they have been more prepared to making the Red Queen’s crown fit her head properly? Granted, that hairstyle wasn’t helping her either but still. This would be better if they had added that she demanded that her crown be the same size as her sisters.

At 0:32 You could already tell that Iracebeth is anxious about her coronation and if whether their subjects would accept her and I love that small gesture of reassurance from Mirana even though we didn't see it but judging by the way Iracebeth gave a small smile.

I think the reason why the King dismissed the Red Princess as the heiress was because he saw that the Red Princess had no patience when it came to dealing with the people, and good monarchs were supposed to show patience when dealing with disrespectful subjects instead of threatening them to behave with violence
