By also replacing the turbo-four’s supercharger with some e-boost, output has been pushed all the way to a combined 455 horsepower and 523 pound-feet of torque making this, along with the other Recharge T8 models, the most powerful cars Volvo has ever produced. Beefing up the electric components has also resulted in nearly double the S60’s part-time EV capabilities – from 22 miles to 41 miles of all-electric range. Total driving range is an impressive 530 miles.

How does Steve have less than 100K subs?! His reviews consistently impress me. I’m going to blame ridiculous YouTube algorithms; he deserves far more!

Although seen less (earlier algorithm comment might have validity), whenever i see Steve's reviews for a car I'm interested in, i know i am in for an unbiased, excellent, interesting! review with beautiful visuals.

Thank you Steve in bunches!! 💞🎉😊

At above 60k that’s easily AMG money and M340i territory and those two other brands are rear wheel drive based platforms.

Steve, you mentioned sales of the S60 & S90 for Volvo. With the bulk of the sales being the crossovers (XC60 & XC90). What about the sales figures for the wagons (V60 & V90)?

Saw one in the showroom when I was in for service. It is a looker in black! Am I inferring correctly that you think full electric would be a more satisfying driving experience than this hybrid? As always, beautifully shot.

I can't help but to say it looks weirdly like a Ford Taurus..

For future reference:
You didn't have to say "Hey, google" after you already activated the assistant. Only say it for hands-free activation.

Dang, that paint has already been very abused.

I'm a huge fan of PHEV, it's the only real logical choice and first step. The push for all EV is just going to be nothing but failure. Not just from those who are anti-EV for political reasons but also from the technical standpoint. Once we have better battery life and the grid can handle the load... Not to mention buyers will start to love and understand how much gas they no longer need to fill up on. Now that is when we can start talking about full EV.

The Volvo is nice and as long as there is still credit it's worth the price but those EV credits are what really helps to sell them.
