With proper containment and with air scrubbers (with HEPA filters) inside of the containment you limit the spread of mold spores in the air.

You can always apply something to kill the mold before soda blasting but you’re still spreading dead mold spores. The proper way to do this and any good mold remediation company will do is not todo this job without any proper containment of the affected area to not affect the living area.

A sure fire way of spreading mould spores throughout that area and it would be very difficult to remove them. Surely on that job HEPA vacuuming would be better in the first instance.

Why stir up the mold? Better to just get some cheap paint and spray it to seal in the mold.
