I've been playing this game since 2020 thanks to my siblings, they all play dbdm and it was definitely the only game that really kept us hooked for so long until today, in my case there were times when I didn't feel like playing it but I always came back because at the end of the day it's my favorite game. Seeing that news really saddened me, unfortunately netease made so many bad decisions that it got to this moment, their ending was something that was already expected but seeing that it's a reality leaves you with a very strange feeling of sadness (at least in my case). I will miss it forever. :)

It's a sad day for Dead by Daylight mobile players. I was shocked to see that they updated us with this news. I literally don't know how to feel about this but it is what it is. I am just sad because I have played this game since 2020 I watched this youtuber play Dbdm for hours and I decided to give it a shot! Since then I have loved dbdm for what it is and I am just devastated to see it shut down for good. I am switching to console dbd I am getting a new console very soon and it won't be the same as on Dead by Daylight mobile :/ having to start all over is devastating. Rip dbdm you will be missed 😭

In sad because all the progress that i have in DBDM is going to be for nothing and i will lost all my exclusive outfits for survivor and killer too, and also I was close to get the enough auric cells to buy a license killer or survivor, im so sad because I play this game since 2023 and now I will lose all my progress.

This is bullshit... I'm pretty sure if they put the company in the hands of someone trustworthy and competent, this would be a different story. Btw, i also think if we had the option to disable the blood effects (Any blood except blood trails, like: After hitting a survivor, blood will not explode, not even on the screen) the optimization would improve a lot, since it is one of the main problems of dbdm too. But anyways, not everyone has a PC or Console. I hated this decision they made. But since there is still a lot of time, I really hope they rethink about it better.

Actual reason to close : Netease is actually a Chinese gaming company making apps like dbdm. Netease closed all games bc of the Chinese government which is gaming day. On China the only day to play games is Friday. All games of Netease will close on 20/3/25

This just sucks. I don’t own a PC or a Console of my own. Mobile was the only available source I was able to play the game.

I joined since 2022 and have experienced many great moments with this game. My brother joined this game this year’s September and it really sucks he won’t be getting more updates.

This game was everything from me. Sure the salt and all. But besides that. It was a great experience to be able to play the game on my own. It helped me get away from stress. But oh well

I really hoped they would do something about it but I guess not. Not everything comes as you expected.

I am going to miss this game, I just started playing this year over the summer and I haven’t even played a full year of the game. And I was going to have one of my friends start to play the game, well I guess that doesn’t matter now. Now I don’t get to see anymore updates. What other mobile game should we all play now??
