Dave I appreciate you taking the time to review this software. Now that I know what it can do I feel its certainly useful for a social media marketing agency that wants to report on a clients social media and to be able to track their engagements.

You are certainly right. This tools social media tracking features are what sets it apart. You can actually combine this tool with a social media tool like Publibox which doesn't have their reporting and analytics quite down just yet.
