A rise in Covid-19 cases is happening alongside a rise in flu and respiratory infections across the country as the number of Covid-19 cases in the US since the start of the pandemic just topped 100 million. “I get why people are tired of having to think about [vaccines], but unfortunately Covid isn’t going away,” Dr. Barbara Mahon, an epidemiologist with the CDC says.
