Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Mint and coriander leaves-1bowl

Biriyani masala-2tbs

Oil/Ghee - 1 cup

For rice cooking

Rice-500gm

Ghee-2tbs

Bay leaf-2

Caraway seeds -4

Cinnamon sticks-2pc

Green Chilli-1

Lemon -1tbs
