Congrats to Bakolie, much better fight than I anticipated. Anderson was/is very hyped and was completely untested until last night. Now he's been in there with someone who can actually punch hard and not cower away from him and he's not up to snuff. His heart clearly isn't in the game anyway, he's made that clear in interview talking about retiring. If he gets spurred on by this defeat and wants to avenge it we 'might' see a fighter emerge. If not, he'll grab a few more dollars on US soil and disappear.

Everyone who’s in the know within boxing gyms in the uk rate bakole very highly… Frazer Clarke and Dave Allen both believe bakole could be the guy to beat Usyk.

There’s obviously a reason for that.

Bakole supposedly knocked Dubois out in the gym, and broke his nose twice.

Supposedly Usyk couldn’t touch bakole in the gym and was later stopped via body shots. (Krassyuk said in an interview that bakole would be a world champion… why would he say this? He obviously knows what happened during sparring). Usyk has also never denied this claim.

I think bakole is actually elite, despite all of the “sparring champion of the world” jokes. Bakole will win easily

I love watching the fight game with Teddy Atlas and i think he knows boxing but i disagree with his opinion about Bakole. I have the feeling he doesn't know much about Bakole and did not study him at all, just like most of the Americans who favor Anderson. I agree that both guys have to prove a lot in this fight, the winner will be a Top10 Heavyweight! It is actually a step up for both guys. Anderson has to prove his toughness and fighter mentality and Bakole has to prove that he is not just a sparring monster!

Anderson fights like he’s athletic and slick defensively, but he’s not co-ordinated enough or well schooled enough, he’s looks awkward when on the defensive, his feet and hand positioning, I think Bakole finds the punches to take him out.

Anderson is overated in my opinion, he's got good offense, but terrible defense, and someone like Bakole will punish him badly for those deficiencies. I think Bakole wins by TKO.

Bakole stopped caring about the SCALE and seems to be focused only on his FITNESS. It is about FITNESS, not weight alone. His cardio is much improved, specifically since the Kuzmin fight--which I felt he won but some dispute. 3:53
