Don't you need 4000 hours experience within 3 years along with clearing all three exams to get CFA

I'm 25 and writing my cfa L1 for the first time after deferring once from November 2024 to 16th May 2025. Completed my BBA in 2021.

She was just so confused which lead to failure first she did BBA to become a manager than decided you know what finance is cool so did cfa level 1 and somehow managed to become an investment banker which is dream of most financial professional but after that faced failure in level 2 so again switched over to marketing for some reason and for god knows why decided to give cfa level 3. Sometimes besides hardwork confusion, greed and jealousy could also lead to failure

I passed all my CFA exams in flat 18 months and studied less than 300 hours for each level. In fact I could only study while commuting to my work as my duty was for 12 hours everyday and I had to travel 2 hours one way just to get to office. All the stars aligned and the blessing of my “ Guruji “ saw me clearing all levels with ease. I did not take any coaching. Simply read secret sauce and that’s it
