Well, you see, the point here is that Kuvira was WAY TOO OVERCONFIDENT. Yes, she is highly skilled, and yes, she is powerful, but there is a difference between being a confident, intimidating boss level threat (like Ozai) and being an overconfident pain in the ass character with no character depth who's character is just obnoxious with how she states things.
