Introducing Dynamic Notch on iPhone | Apple

DISCLAIMER: This is a concept, fan-made by me, and is not real. We can only hope that Apple will add this functionality in the future.

One morning when I was playing "Hit the Island" (the mobile game where you hit the Dynamic Island with a ball to score points, although it works with the notch too) on my iPhone 13, I realized Apple could add the functionality of the Dynamic Island to the iPhones that have notches (like my iPhone 13). So I decided to animate it, and here it is.

The notch is so much better than the hole punch design. It actually wastes less space, it’s less distracting when gaming/watching media and, imo, has more character.

We already have this for jailbroken devices its the dynamic peninsula tweak but it is a cool concept and really should be implemented into older iphones

It would be pretty cool if every time u got a notification, call, etc. the notch would detach from the top of the phone kind of like the dynamic island

It can be software-based with iPhones with notch. The parts other than the notch are being displayed by the screen.

I have an iPhone 14 pro but i do think apple should’ve done this with the iPhone 14 to make it different from the IPhone 13, so honestly that was a missed opportunity

honestly this would be a great addition to their other iphones with a notch, but I'm pretty sure they aint gonna add it because it would really just take away from one of the only reasons to switch to the Iphone 14 pro/pro max.
